Once Credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for cash. This is because Credits are a digital good that is delivered and made available for use immediately upon purchase.
3. No Refunds for Used or Unused Credits
We do not offer refunds for partially used or unused Credit balances. We encourage you to carefully consider the number of credits you wish to purchase. New users are provided with 100 free credits upon sign-up to allow them to try the premium features before making a purchase.
