About the 365-Day Bible Reading Plan

Your Guided Journey Through the Entire Bible

What is the Bible Reading Plan?

The Bible is not just a book, but a library of 66 books written over thousands of years, telling one unified story of God's redemptive plan for humanity. Reading it from cover to cover can seem like a daunting task. Our 365-Day Bible Reading Plan is designed to make this journey accessible, manageable, and rewarding. It breaks down the entire Bible into daily readings, guiding you through the scriptures in a structured way over the course of a single year.

How It Works

Starting Your Journey

To begin, simply click the "Start Your Journey Today" button on the homepage. This will log your start date and unlock Day 1 of the reading plan.

Daily Readings

Each day, the reading plan card on your dashboard will show you the "Next Reading" you need to complete. It will display the day number and the specific Bible passage(s) for that day.

Tracking Your Progress

After you've completed a day's reading, click the "Mark as Complete" button. A confirmation will appear to ensure you've finished. This will update your overall progress bar, helping you visualize how far you've come. You can only mark one reading as complete per day to encourage a consistent, daily habit.

The Reset Button

If you fall far behind or simply wish to start over, you can use the reset button. To prevent accidental data loss, you will be asked to confirm your choice twice. The first prompt will ask if you're sure you want to reset. The second will provide a final warning that all your completed days will be permanently erased. This ensures the action is intentional.

Purpose and Terms

The primary goal of this feature is to provide you with a tool for educational and religious inspiration. It is designed to help you build a consistent habit of engaging with God's Word, which is essential for spiritual growth and a deeper relationship with Christ.

Disclaimer

This reading plan is a guide for personal spiritual discipline. Your progress is stored in your user account. Resetting the plan is a permanent action and cannot be undone. This feature is provided for inspirational and educational use, and should supplement, not replace, active participation in a local church community.
